Creating a hostile environment in any place is considered harassment and, is against the law. For example; some employers superior are guilt of creating these types of environment therefore, allowing employee to feel stresses, (“under a tremendous amount of pressured”) as well as violated against in the work place. Examples of  real situation of a hostile environment created by Superintended are as follows:

1. Refusing to honor only your request to change management teams: When every the superintendent has the opportunity to assist in your comfort for reasons that you feel you are being harassed in the present situations however, does not comply for no good reason; he or she advocate harassment.

6. Making the following statements, “Have you wondered why clients treat you bad when you make common mistakes.

8. Crying yelling, screaming and, belting out orders when she feels that she is losing claimant attention while you’re faced with client.

9. Constantly and, consistently invading ones space and, privacy by stand over claimant interrupting conversations, yelling and, hanging up the phone when you’re talking to a client on it, forcing you to loose clients that would increase your pay. 

10. Constantly threatening the loss of job when you feel you have done everything by the rules and, should be moving up the corporate ladder.

11. Making many unusual outburst and threats of being fired.

 

12. Making untrue statements or assessment about your conversation with another as she sends someone to spying on you while you’re on your break. 

13. Making jealous statement about you as you arrive at work dressing better than her by her own admission.

14. Asking you to do something while you’re engages with a client causing your sale pitch to fail or falter; especially if you were hired to sale to clients and your financial increase depends on it.  

15. Not allowing claimant to use time clock until it was first approved by the harasser when every one else has other rules   

 

 17. Stalking, and spying on you during your brakes and, later making derogatory comments about what you ate and, or commenting about the eating utensils your have used.

Individuals who are in authority and, feel superior to another tend to get away with this type of treatment towards the other person who is underneath then for reasons that a superior have so much control, that they often find themselves abusing people and, the other person tend to feel fear that their ruler may take away the benefits as if they haves something great to lose if the employee does not comply with them.
