Instructions for parents of under aged students
Ok! lets get it going parents. In an effort to prepare your child's optimal class room learning and class-room manners understanding your child must pass a listening skills test with a high score in an effort to be admitted into our program. Parents and or guardians review the following listening skills and classroom manners with your child to insure that they passes this test with a score of 95% or better as part of the registration process. Students attending or facility locations should understand the basic classroom manners skills as well as their listening skills when communicating with others.
In class-room manners review
- students should use words such as please and thank you when you are communicating with others.
- Walk with a straight back and sit down in your chair with your back firmly pressed against the chairs back and insure that your bottom is placed square on the seats back.
- In the case that you feel that you are being harassed by another person insure that you let them know your bother by their contacting you first by using your inside voice that you don’t like it by saying words like no!, stop! or even by using phrases such as like stop! bothering me, I don’t like what your doing could you stop now!. and if the harassment persist report it to your instructor then to the office if nothing is being done, ask for proof that you are making a report with them.
- Never abruptly interrupt your instructor during class time however, questions and participation are encouraged when using the following method.
- raising your hand and or allow them to see you first then invite you to speak freely, Other wise the only other option you would have is to wait until the end of the class to ask questions you feel are important to ask.
- Please do not talk excessively to other students or interrupt the natural flow of the classrooms activities , do not passing notes or socialize with your fellow class mates unless the activities you participating in would be best fitting.
- When your fellow classmate is engaged in an open conversation use your active listening skills on them and only if the conversation is directed to you you can cut these skills short as you acknowledge that you have heard them, you may use words of comfort to make comments. keep in mind that your instructor is got their eye out for the best behaved student in his or her class to be crowned king and queen at the next redcarpet butterfly ball room awards party ceremony event so be on your best behavior and open to absorbed new information.
LISTENING SKILLS REVIEW
- listening skills requires the following talents and abilities and, to excel it take practice. Let's review these skills now. Students should understand to become involved in a conversation their must be two person engaged in any social situation. While one elects to speak the other would be actively listening to the other. When actively listening choose to focus on your subjects facial expressions, more specifically one or more of the following;
- Eyes.
- Mouth.
- Nose
- Forehead
You don't want to chronically stare or focus on one area of your subjects face or body part but, watch fore a time then gaze for a time. The watching and gazing will take practice to perfect but, once you have this down pact its time to start think. Perhaps you would want to think about one or more of the following;
- What are the facial and body expressions meaning when they are animated collectively.
- Are their expressions or hints of sarcastic?
- Is your subject displaying signs of distress of some sort of joy?

LEARNING STYLES
Additional valuable information that parents and or guardian of students should understand about their child when providing information about the best environmental classroom setting that the child will flourish and develop best in. When this information is shared with their instructor it will help them to devise a plan when creating the optimum environment learning platform for them. In every case weather it be in our classroom setting or in another environment to evaluate your child at home and sharing this information with their instructor helps them to understand how to teach them for successful retaining information. Review the three learning styles and match the best one with you child's learning patterns.
Visual Learners: the Students that understand and learn best when information is presented to them visually. Seeing information helps these students visualize concepts taught with images, videos and or in classroom handouts that are colorful and vivit.
Auditory Learners: Students that understand and learn best when information is presented to them in an auditory manner. Hearing information helps these students internalize concepts taught with music video, presentation videos and or Audio CD's. it is ideal that these students use ear phones when visualizing videos and audio technology it helps these students learn with ease.
Reading and writing also knows as (kinematic learners): STUDENTS THAT UNDERSTAND AND LEARN BEST WHEN INFORMED BY WAY OF CLASSROOM HAND OUTS, WRITING AND OR STUDYING FROM OUR BOOKS AS WELL AS ANY ANY CLASSROOM ACTIVITIES KINESTHETIC LEARNERS: STUDENTS THAT UNDERSTAND AND LEARN BEST WHEN INFORMATION IS PRESENTED TO THEM KINESTHETICALLY as they USING tHEIR BODIES parts to touch grab and move around the classroom HELPS THESE STUDENTS EXPERIENCE THE CONCEPTS TAUGHT WITH ALL TYPES OF EXERCISES AND ACTIVITIES available TO THEM in classroom ENVIRONMENTS.
